SMART PHONE ONLY
My weapon of choice is an iPhone 4. Can you imagine carrying a high quality camera, editing studio and print lab with you around the world?
I can.
LIVE EDITING
Using free and inexpensive apps available on the iPhone, I edit each photo on the go. My apps of choice are pro HDR, Camera+, Photosynth and Filterstorm. Camera apps to the smartphone are lenses & filters to the DSLR.
LIVE PUBLISHING
Publishing the photos via instagram, I’ve chosen to use an alternate filter effect for each month.
So far this year photos have been published live from a hot air balloon in Turkey and more recently while trekking in Nepal.
SOCIAL MEDIA
After getting my passport stamped, the first stop is getting a local simcard. Via instagram, each photo is shared throughout facebook, twitter and flickr. You can like the facebook page here, follow along on twitter or on instagram.
